Our name is reflective of our roots— connected deeply to the landscape and ethos of Northern Minnesota.
With our long winters we've grown accustomed to a quiet lifestyle, often enjoying our nature from inside a warm studio. We’ve drawn on this experience to develop a heightened attention to detail— one with a trained skill set for natural landscape integration, warm interior styling, and intricate design vignettes.
After establishing himself in both New York and Los Angeles— Jake Williams founded NOMINN in 2021 upon his return to the land of ten thousand lakes.
With over a decade of experience in the industry, Jake has worked with some of the biggest names in architecture and has been internationally recognized as a leader within in the 3D visualization community.
Jake is passionate about architectural visualization and its potential to enhance the design and communication of built environments. He is always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and to collaborate with other professionals and creatives.
APPROACH
Influenced by experience in architecture, interior design, and photography we align most with projects that demand realism and a highly focused design intent.
We approach each project with a natural curiosity as a photographer would— an exploration to observe unique lighting and compositions within the environment.
